Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation charges apply.

On booking 50% of the course fee is immediately non-refundable and any outstanding fees must still be paid.

Cancellation upto 2 weeks before the scheduled meeting date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the scheduled meeting date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

The on-line portion of the hybrid course is non-refundable.

Cancellation of the face-face session is fully refundable upto one week prior to the scheduled training.

Cancellation of the face-face session with less than one weeks notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

For clarification, where the charge for the on-line version of the Hybrid course is not separated, the on-line version of the course will be charged at the current rate for that course as displayed on the website.
